Participation types and fee information

2- In person participation fee

Single room: 120 USD

Twin/double room: 155 USD (for one person 80 USD)

Fee includes:
3 nights accommodation, 7am to 11pm open buffet (breakfast, dinner), free usage of Turkish bath, swimming pool and other facilities, up to 2 paper presentation, certificates, proceedings publishing

How to pay?

For in person participation we offer 2 alternative payment methods

1- Make 50 USD advance payment via credit card until December 3, 2021, and pay the rest of total sum at the registration desk in Antalya  or

2- Make the whole payment via credit card until December 3, 2021

The participation fee must be paid by December 3, 2021 at the latest.

Conference package with accommodation and tour: 300 usd

This is the package for overseas participants.

The airport transportation, hotel and travel, activities and extras, conference registration, equipment, and session types- 

Package included:

• Accommodation in the chosen room.

• Early check-in from 12:00 upon availability.

• Late check-out until 18:00 upon availability.

Conditions:

• The offer is valid only on condition the event on the territory of Mustafa Hotel.

• The rent of the hall or grounds is charged separately according to tariff plan.

• Early arrival or late departure are not included in these periods are paid according to the tariff «The Best price of the day».
